These Terms of Contract regulate the use of the online store www.lool.world, for which Paulo Alexandre Azevedo de Oliveira is legally responsible, hereinafter "lool". These Terms will be accepted by the parties without reservation, and may be modified at any time and without prior notice, so it will be the responsibility of the User to read them each time he makes a purchase, since, the conditions in force at the time of conclusion of the contract, will be the ones that apply to him.

Applicable Regulations

This electronic contract is concluded under Spanish regulations and in particular under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information and Electronic Commerce Society (LSSICE) and by General Law 03/2014 for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).

The electronic contract will not be filed by a third party and the language for its conclusion is english. These general conditions may be stored and reproduced at any time by the user who makes a purchase through the options of their internet browser, and must be accepted before proceeding to the payment of the order.

User Account and Error Fixes

To be able to make online purchases in this store, you can make a quick purchase without registration (as a guest user).

Personal data will not be stored on the website, nor will the order history be checked. Personal data will be kept only for the management and delivery of the products ordered.

Purchasing Process

Shopping in "lool" is easy and simple, just follow these steps:

  1. Select the products you want to purchase from those offered by "lool". By clicking on each product, you access its sheet, which includes detailed description with the information, main features and price. If you need more information, feel free to ask us. NOTE: In the case of product sheets with photographs, products may experience slight variations in color or texture with respect to the photo that appears on the web, due to different factors, for example, the resolution of your monitor. However, we will do our best to make the images as true to reality as possible.

  2. Once you have selected the product(s) you want to purchase, you will need to press the " AÑADIR AL CARRITO / ADD TO CART " button, the product being incorporated into your shopping cart. If you wish, you can continue to add more products to the cart, or proceed directly to the payment.

  3. After the selection of products, by pressing the button "CART" a summary will appear identifying the selected item(s). Finally, to continue with your order, you will need to press the "CHECKOUT" button.

  4. As we have indicated in previous sections, at the end of your purchase, you can make a quick purchase without registration (as a guest user). You will need to provide your contact details and address to make your purchase.

  5. Finally, you must accept these Terms of Sale and choose the means of payment of your order from those offered by "lool" (see next section).

  6. Once the purchase process is complete, we will send you an email detailing the details of the purchase, as well as proof of purchase. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, or if you notice any errors in the data entered, please contact us by any of the following means:

You can also request an invoice by contacting us within 15 days of purchase, and we will send it to you without any additional cost.

Payment Methods

  • Credit or debit card

Payment by credit or debit card is made through Stripe's secure payment gateway. Through this payment method, "lool" never collects or manipulates any customer data relating to their card number. All data is processed directly by Stripe, so that "lool" can always offer the greatest security, transparency and confidentiality in the transaction.

The cards currently supported by the payment gateway are Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will assist you to clarify any concerns.

Shipping Conditions

Shipments will be made to Spain and Portugal.

Shipping will be done through courier companies. The shipping price will depend on the order and the destination population, and will be shown before finalizing the purchase.

We promise to ship each order within 3 business days after receiving it. Delivery time will vary depending on location:

  • Spain (Mainland) and Portugal - 1 to 2 working days.

  • Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) - 2 to 3 working days

  • Portugal - 3 to 5 working days

The price of the shipment will depend on the shipping area, and will be shown before finalizing the purchase.

In some cases and depending on the availability of the product (inventory shortage), our staff will contact you to give you a solution and to inform you of the delivery time once the selected product is available.

The courier usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any time preference for delivery, you can tell us in the order comment, and we will try to comply (to the extent of the route possibilities and schedule of the transport company).

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for non-compliance or delay of obligations that are caused by causes beyond our control, such as in the event of force majeure or fortuitous case. Although most deliveries are made within the indicated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to data transcription errors, temporary inclement weather, large order volume dates, etc. In such a case, please contact us to resolve the issue as soon as possible. In addition, compliance with the deadlines also depends on third parties, so we are not responsible for strikes, closures, accidents or other causes of force majeure that prevent compliance with them.

Prices, Taxes, Fees and Tariffs

Prices are expressed in Euros, and are valid except for typographical error. In the event of a manifest error in pricing on the product sheet, the price set for that product will prevail in the informational email we will provide to you when we detect the error. "lool" is not required to supply products (even if the Shipping Confirmation has been submitted) if the error in the price is obvious and unequivocal and could reasonably have been recognized by the customer as the incorrect price.

Prices for "lool" products may vary, but (except as set forth above) any changes will not affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been submitted.

The following taxes will apply on the articles on our website:

  • The RP of the items with shipping address to the Mainland (Spain) and the Balearic Islands includes VAT in any case.

  • The RP of the items with shipping address to other EU countries, and the buyer being a natural person (individual) includes VAT from the country of origin.

  • The RP of the items with shipping address to other EU countries, and being the buyer a company or professional, DOES NOT include VAT provided that it is registered in the Register of Intra-Community Operators (in which case you will have to provide the valid Tax Identification Code). If you are not registered as Intra-Community Operator, the RP shall include VAT corresponding to the country of origin.

  • The RP of items with shipping address to the Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla and, in general, any non-EU country, does NOT include VAT, as the transaction is treated as an export. The price indicated on each item is the item final price for shipments to these destinations. "lool" shall not be responsible for the DUA or import and tax costs (ISPI, IGIC), fees or tariffs generated at the customs office of destination, if applicable.

Returns

At "lool" we wish you satisfaction with your order. Therefore, we provide you with several methods to return an item that may not meet your needs or expectations. Possible cases of return or withdrawal:

A. The product is erroneous, has a defect or has been damaged during transport:

We pay close attention so that all our items and shipments are in perfect condition. If, however, you get a wrong or defective item, contact us immediately through help@lool.world or by calling us at (+34) 635408400. Before opening the product, verify that the packaging matches the one requested: color, measurement, finish, etc. In case of any anomaly, also make an immediate claim, before opening the seal or the packaging of the seal.

When the product has been damaged during transport it is essential that you notify us the same day that you receive the goods and that you write down the incident on the delivery note of the carrier.

Products must be returned in a way that is protected, including them inside a protective box or bag. "lool" makes available to the buyer a shipping company for the withdrawal of the goods, completely free of charge. If you want to return the goods with a shipping company other than the one proposed by "lool", and the selected transport company offers higher fares, you must assume the difference in the cost of transport.

Note: If you live abroad, identify the goods as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges.

B. Withdrawal:

We are convinced that you will not want to return your "lool" piece, but we understand that sometimes one is not completely satisfied. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, and whenever it is a private buyer, you have the right of withdrawal, under which you can return the product, provided that this is not a digital product from which the download has started.

The exercise of this right of withdrawal will have to be carried out within a maximum period of FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from its receipt. You must notify us, via mail help@lool.world, of your decision to withdraw from the purchase made (you may use the following model withdrawal form, if you wish).

In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and keep the original packaging, as well as all parts. In case the products do not arrive in perfect condition "lool" reserves the right to pay a lower amount in the return, circumstance that will be notified to you.

The refund of the amount of the purchase will be made once the condition of the goods has been checked, through the same means of payment used in the purchase and, in any case, a maximum of 14 calendar days from the confirmed date of the request for withdrawal, provided that it is "lool" who manages the collection of the item. In the event that you return the item through a transport company of your choice, the 14-day period will start to count from the time "lool" has effective knowledge of the shipment of the goods or, failing that, from its receipt.

The costs of reimbursement arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be at the buyer's expense.

C. If you have not yet received the order:

If you have not yet received the order and want to cancel or modify it, you only have to inform us of the changes you want to make, without this involving any cost in case your order has not yet been processed.

Guarantees

Given the special characteristics of all or some of the products marketed by "lool" on its website, there are slight differences between each product or service purchased, mainly due to the uniqueness and exclusivity of each and every one of the materials used in its manufacture that is also, to a large extent, artisanal. Therefore, no two products or services are exactly the same and, in any case, it is inevitable that the product delivered to the customer differs slightly from that shown in the photographs included in the website purchase process (even if it would have been the same). In no case, these differences will imply the delivery of products or services with worse quality of materials than those expressly mentioned on the website. Likewise, the customer is informed and is aware that the size of the photographs contained on the website does not correspond to the actual size of the "lool" products offered, as well as the range of colors offered in the articles may vary to that received mainly due to the differences in configuration and quality of the screens on which the website is displayed.

Therefore, the client is informed and expressly consents to these circumstances and differences, without them being the cause of termination of the contract.
